The use of All-Inkl is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. 3.7 Right to data portability

4. Data collection on our website

4.5 Chat

On our website, you have the opportunity to contact us directly via the "chat". For our "Chat" we use "Userlike", a live chat software of the company Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne. Userlike uses cookies (see Section 3.1) to enable a personal conversation with you in the form of a real-time chat on the Website. The data collected will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

When you make a chat request to us, in addition to the data mentioned in section 3, we also process and store the URL from which you accessed the chat, the topic of your request, a transcript of the conversation with you, the date and duration of the chat, the processing status of your chat request and the number of your page views and visits. You also have the option of providing us with your name, location and e-mail address as well as other personal data. This data is stored by us. We process this data in order to be able to address you personally in the course of the chat and to improve our service quality. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data within the framework of our legitimate interests, unless your fundamental rights, freedoms or interests prevail. Our legitimate interests are to provide you with a live chat, to be able to answer your request in a targeted and personalized manner and to be able to analyze the use of our live chat for quality assurance. 5. Analysis tools and advertising

7. Plugins and Tools

7.1 Youtube with extended data protection

This website integrates videos from YouTube. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the transfer of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the extended data protection mode. This is how YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network, regardless of whether you're watching a video.

7.4 Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a human or by an automated program.
