The MaxTC Power Plus from Mechanical Devices enables the thermal behavior of semiconductors - including power semiconductors - to be evaluated. Even with high power losses, the test specimens can be kept at a stable temperature of -55°C. The cooling capacity of the MaxTC PP is more than 600 W at -40°C and 400 watts at –50°C. Thanks to direct contact between the device under test and the plunger, the components are brought to the target temperature in just a few minutes. Adaptations are available for base components.
